About the role

Drive growth and retention across a volume customer base by exciting customers about new features, troubleshooting adoption/contract issues, and hitting NRR-focused targets; requires strong time management, data-driven decision-making, and comfort using Salesforce CRM. Experience in LCA (life cycle assessment), building sustainability, or embodied-carbon fields is a plus but not required.
